Karate-Do
“Kara” is the Japanese for empty while “te” means hand and “Do” translates as the way, or path. Karate-Do is “The Way of the Empty Hand”.

Ayyub at the age of 47 decided to return back to Karate training after not training for twenty years and has not looked back since. After five years of training he is now a Nidan (2nd Dan) black belt. Ayyub also is the manager of the Ponsonby Health Shop and also general health advisor to members of the Association.
