Karate-Do
“Kara” is the Japanese for empty while “te” means hand and “Do” translates as the way, or path. Karate-Do is “The Way of the Empty Hand”.
 
Training Schedule

New Lynn - Auckland (SKIF NZ Headquarters)
Adult Beginners / General Class 10 Years+
Monday and Friday - 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Advanced Class (Brown and Black belts only)
Wednesday 6pm-8pm

 

Mt Roskill - Auckland
Children's Class Only: Age 5-12 Years
Monday and Friday – 5pm – 6:15pm
(No classes during public or school holidays)

 

Warkworth - North of Auckland
General Class (Mixed)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 6pm - 7.30pm

 

Queenstown - South Island
General Class (Mixed)
Frankton Church:
Tuesday & Thursday - 6pm – 8pm

Advanced Class (Brown and Black belts only)
Queenstown Events Centre:
Wednesdays 6pm - 8pm
